The Modena Shed

The Leofric Modena Shed represents the latest developments in shed design and incorporates new materials and features that provide unique benefits of a beautiful building which is water tight, yet lightweight and easily movable if needed.

• The frame is derived from the Click Exhibition aluminium profiles that have been in use since the opening of the NEC.
• The roof uses Leofric’s joint-free moulded uPVC roof material, pre-formed with a 6 degree apex and joined to the building sides with link pieces.
• The LeoWood panelling is made from an extrusion of 62% pulverised wood, 33% pulverised plastic (from recycled bottles) and the balance bonding agents.

The Modena Shed represents the latest developments in garden building design and incorporates new materials and features that provide the unique benefits of a beautiful building which is water tight, yet lightweight and easily relocated if required.

Unique engineering in outdoor building design sets The Modena Shed, Workshop or Store apart from everything else on the market. It is framed using the acclaimed Click Exhibition Aluminum System which provides support uprights within the structure of the walls. This makes the building instantly multi useful, as the uprights within the frame can support: shelving, workshops, benches, desk space and a full range of easily interchangeable storage options on all, or any, of the three interal walls.

The wood-look wall panelling does not need lining and is made from another unique material, pulverised and extruded recycled plastic bottles (33%*) and ground wood particles (64%*). There are four wood-look colours available that can be painted if preferred.

The roof uses Leofric’s joint-free moulded uPVC roof material, pre-formed with a 6 degree apex. All fixings in the roof are outside the internal area so that roof leaks cannot occur.

The frame is finished in natural anodising but can be painted by the purchaser to a preferred colour. Thus the building is totally maintenance free. It comes flat packed to your front door and is easy assembled by anyone that has reasonable DIY skills or this can be arranged for you. You can also collect from our factory by prior arrangement.

The 3ft 6” Brown powder coated double-skinned steel Fort Knox door has concealed hinges and is secured with a nine dead bolt, three point locking system. The threshold is made from stainless steel. The Modena shed is light weight yet secure and can be mounted on a concrete base, flat patio slabs or our LeoBase.

The LeoBase is a fast and easy flooring solution, made from steel and internally filled with concrete. An upper layer of epoxy finish gives a clean floor for your office or work space. It is supplied with height adjustable support feet and a steel frame, giving an excellent alternative to a traditional concrete base and can be moved and relocated if required.
